This is How We Support And Maintain PayGo

As we've grown to a company with over 400 customers, we came to a point where we had to decide which way to steer our company. Do we become more of a hands off, use our knowledge base company or do we grow our person-to-person customer service? We feel the full service route is the way to go.

We are now concentrating on becoming the best full service provider of retail software, services and support around. With this enhanced objective, we have found it necessary to modify how we support PayGo and how we continue to evolve PayGo. We have modified our support plan and added a maintenance plan to our list of services. Under this plan, we will be able to provide top-notch support and incredible software enahncements.

NEW WeCare Support Plan	New PayGo Maintenance Plan
What does it provide to PayGo Customers? - Web and person-to-person support for PayGo. - Twelve urgent incidents a year - Eight standard incidents per month - 6 months (180 days) of PayGo and FileMaker updates and upgrades are included at no charge from the time you purchase your PayGo system. (Excluding FileMaker Server)	What does it provide to PayGo Customers? - PayGo updates and upgrades - FileMaker Pro updates and upgrades. (Excluding FileMaker Server)
How is this different than the WeCare plan that is discontinued on July 31, 2006? - The plan no longer provides free update/upgrades. - Data recovery due to failure to back up is no longer included under the plan. - Added restictions to prevent abuse - Membership must be maintained. If plan expires, it will no longer be offered as a support option. If it does expire, users can utilize the Ala Carte plan.	How is this different than the WeCare plan? - The PayGo Maintenance Plan does not include support. - Updates are downloaded from the CJI Customer Mecca
What does it cost? $349 USD per year or $35 USD per month	What does it cost? Yearly Payment Option: The yearly rate is 15% of the current PayGo list price plus $89 USD for each seat (workstation). Monthly Payment Option: The monthly rate is 15% of the current PayGo list price plus $89 USD for each seat (workstation) accessing the PayGo system plus an additional $15 USD finance charge per month. The yearly option offers a savings of $249.15 USD per PayGo update. (Based on 2 seat set-up) We've been averaging 2 to 3 updates per year.
How Will This Benefit the PayGo Users? 1. We will be able to continue to add support personnel that are nice, sensitive, smart, savy and speak great English. 2. We will be able to harness newer technologies and create better, faster and more advanced software for you to build your business on. Some Examples of How the New Plans Work and How They Save You Money: Maintenance Club Sample Pricing for Two Workstations using 7/15/06 list prices: $1799 x 15% = $269 $89 x 2 = $178 Total Maintenance Club price for a two workstation PayGo system: $547.85 / year (Monthly cost: $547.85 / 12 = $45.65 + $15.00 = $60.65 per month.) If you do NOT use our new Maintenance plan: Ala Carte Sample Pricing for Two Workstations using 7/15/06 list prices: Average number of PayGo updates each year: $499 x 3 = $1497.00 FileMaker Pro Upgrades: $179 x 2 = $358.00 Estimated Total to maintain current software Ala Carte: $1,855.00 Potential Maintenance Club Savings using 7/15/06 list prices: $1,307.15 with three PayGo updates in one year. $808.15 with two PayGo updates in one year. $309.15 with just one PayGo update in one year.
