What does it provide to PayGo Customers?
- Web and person-to-person support for PayGo.
- Twelve urgent incidents a year
- Eight standard incidents per month
- 6 months (180 days) of PayGo and FileMaker updates and upgrades are included at no charge from the time you purchase your PayGo system. (Excluding FileMaker Server)

How is this different than the WeCare plan that is discontinued on July 31, 2006?
- The plan no longer provides free update/upgrades.
- Data recovery due to failure to back up is no longer included under the plan.
- Added restictions to prevent abuse
- Membership must be maintained. If plan expires, it will no longer be offered as a support option. If it does expire, users can utilize the Ala Carte plan.

How is this different than the WeCare plan?
- The PayGo Maintenance Plan does not include support.
- Updates are downloaded from the CJI Customer Mecca

What does it cost?
Yearly Payment Option: The yearly rate is 15% of the current PayGo list price plus $89 USD for each seat (workstation).
Monthly Payment Option: The monthly rate is 15% of the current PayGo list price plus $89 USD for each seat (workstation) accessing the PayGo system plus an additional $15 USD finance charge per month.
The yearly option offers a savings of $249.15 USD per PayGo update. (Based on 2 seat set-up) We've been averaging 2 to 3 updates per year.

$1799 x 15% = $269
$89 x 2 = $178
Total Maintenance Club price for a two workstation PayGo system: $547.85 / year
(Monthly cost: $547.85 / 12 = $45.65 + $15.00 = $60.65 per month.)
